I believe that by reconnecting with your sense of self, people can heal. I work with individuals and couples who are dealing with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, and major life changes. I also have experience supporting people and families through psychosis. My approach is straightforward: You already have strengths worth building on. Rather than focusing on what's "wrong," we'll work together to help you regulate emotions, express yourself authentically, and feel more grounded in your daily life.
I particularly enjoy working with Gen Z clients through their journey of self-discovery and personal growth, and I have a deep appreciation for those in caregiving roles. I understand how caregiving can impact your sense of identity and well-being, and I'm here to support you in maintaining your own emotional health while caring for others.
I draw from several approaches, but I'll always explain what we're doing and why. My style is structured yet approachable—trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and culturally responsive to diverse backgrounds and identities. I am trained in evidence-based Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD and incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients access their core Self and heal wounded parts. I also integrate mindfulness and DBT skills to enhance emotion regulation and self-expression. My person-centered approach emphasizes your inherent strengths, fostering empowerment and authentic healing at your own pace.
